Your payment goes to the dealership or landlord that gave you the portal. Their name is on the portal and on your receipt. LotPay runs the portal for them.
Card payments made online or by phone include an online fee. You see the fee and your total before you pay. Cash, check or money order paid in person has no fee.
You type your card into our payment processor's secure form. LotPay never sees or stores your full card number or security code. Every page uses HTTPS.
When a payment is refunded in full, the online fee comes back too. Questions about your balance go to your business. For anything else, contact us.
